Scaffold of logic

1) Humes Fork. There is either matters of facts (inductive) or relations of ideas (deductive). All other ideas not based on these propositions can be committed to the flames.
2) A->B->C->D... While it is true C leads to D, it is illogical to try to stop C with any means. The reason is is because B caused C. Similarly A caused B. It is only logical if one wanted to stop D, one must stop A.
Remark-in people terms, dealing with a large mass of people the model breaks down into a more probability type function, that is flowers grow almost anywhere but there are optimal conditions.
Remark 2-people have trouble looking a few steps back to see the root cause. They are adept at looking one step back (or ahead)  but beyond that most are blind.
